Introduction to Water Skills

Start Here – Learn the Basics
No experience? No problem! This entry-level class introduces fundamental aquatic skills, helping swimmers feel comfortable and safe in the water.

Level 2
Fundamental Aquatic Skills

Gain Confidence & Core Skills
In Level 2, students learn to float, glide, and begin true swimming motions. A solid foundation in safety and technique sets them up for future success.

Level 3
Stroke Development

Master the Basics of Real Swimming
Level 3 enhances stroke technique and introduces new skills like dolphin kicks and survival floating. Students achieve basic water competency and boost their confidence.

Level 4
Stroke Improvement

Build Endurance & Learn Advanced Strokes
Swimmers refine their strokes and expand endurance while learning advanced techniques like the back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly. Ideal for those ready to level up.
